my LCS has a 1847\1847 large cent and I was thinking of purchasing it.
im heading down there in about an hour so need help quick.
could someone please give me a price guide so I know a fair price?

this is the variety accept the one I might purchase has a
stronger looking over date to it

note the bottoms of the numbers n the date, right in front you can see where the date was too far off the other way.

There are several over dates for this year. The "big" one is the N-2, 7 over small 7, http://www.largecents.net/collectio...s/1847n2.jpg . The one you linked does not carry much of a premium.....unless you are trying to put a full variety set together.
