Not really. I'm also concerned that it is artificial.

To be honest I think your coin is much nicer and has more vibrant colors in real life that you haven't been able to capture in your photos. Probably a small premium to a die hard franklin collector, I like the tones. It gives the coin character.

Yes, my photography skills are terrible. The coin is much more colorful in hand

I think this coin has been heated slightly, to artificially tone it. Grade? Same as the date, MS.

Just for fun, when I was bored one afternoon,I experimented with common new issue copper nickel coins, applying heat to them in varying amounts, from the hot plate of a kitchen stove, in an attempt to produce an artificial rainbow toning. After many attempts, I was eventually successful.
This coin seems to be over cooked. Pity. It's a nice high grade.

From the photo the toning looks questionable. I do not see it fetching any premium, and would consider this coin to be a lower end of a ms-64 anyway.

I sort of like it as is. I really like the toning on the bell. Makes it look like 3D.

The toning is fine. It happens without any help all the time. I guess you all missed where he said it is in a problem free NGC holder.
Tot he original question, a bit of a premium, yes. Full retail on that coin is 20 bucks. With that toning you could expect to pull FRV or perhaps a bit more. To 25 maybe.

I like it as well and could see paying a Small premium if the colors are more attractive in hand. Being a very common, low-mid MS, non FB Franklin the toning is about the only draw for this piece.

Can you have somebody run the fingerprint at 1 o'clock and see who the culprit is?

nice, I like it. But then again I'm partial to all toners... I'm working on a full toned set for my 7070.... Quite the chore. As for a premium, as mentioned I'm sure the colors are more vibrant in hand so you could probably get a slight premium, not the "monster" premium that some toners bring though.
