Picked this up at Orlando FUN. Never seen NGC just put GOOD.

I'm guessing maybe a bulk submission of some kind

The only time I have seen NGC use the word "Good" is when the coin gets a details grade.

"GOOD DETAILS"

Times are tough.

TPG's can no longer afford to put MS coins in sample slabs

The only "bulk" grade slabs I have ever seen were Brilliant Uncirculated or something along those lines.

1895S dimes are a better date so I guess it is one of those "wrong label" or "error" slabs.

I still need an 1895S for my Barber dime set.

Never seen this before but I'm pretty sure the slab is legit. I mean, why would anyone go through the trouble of counterfeiting a slab for a $35 coin.
