After an absence of a month or so caring for some illness of my elderly parents in Colorado it is good to get back to coin collecting and the forum. I have made some progress on the Buffalo Dansco album. I only lack the Type 2 1913D&S, the 1921-S, the 1918-D 8/7 and the 1937-D Three leg. Only five coins and they will cost considerably more than the rest of the set to date. I am going to try and buy everything, but the overdate and the three leg before I stop for awhile. Just curious Paratrooper, I know you bought a three leg, but do you have the overdate as well? Coin Values lists that one for $1,200 in G-4 and $3,200 in the F-12 grade that I have tried to use as a minimum grade. I think I will have to love this album with that hole left empty. It looks really cool now as I have filled it with more and more dates. A handsome herd of Bison I have here.

Welcome back! I believe that Paratrooper ended up returning the coin because there was a nick on it that wasn't present in the photo.

Okie, I know someone who may have those coins for sale. If you want you can send me an email, and I will help you get these coins. Currently they are being slabbed at NGC.
