darge Valued Member Australia 236 Posts	Posted 03/25/2014 07:38 am I know very little about notes and even less about third party graders of notes so I have no idea what to make of this listing. Firstly there is Phipps instead of Phillips and it doesn't appear to me that it is Randall's signature either. Anyone able to make sense of it? Thanks. Doesn't give more knowledgable collectors much faith in grading companies with mistakes like this. Phillips and Wheeler of course. Extremely fine grade is probably acceptable.
