My step father wanted me to post his quarter to see what your thoughts are on it. It looks like doubling on the letters in Quarter on the obverse, but it could just be PMD. I appreciate your opinions on this. Thanks.

If you could get some images that are a little bit larger that show 4-5 devices, that would be helpful. I might try on overlay if I can copy the images on a normal coin I'll take an image of. Sometimes a side by side tell more of the story.
