While it might be an error, some might see it as a poor quality proof coin with more standard looking proof coins driving a higher price.

It maybe an eyesore to a proof collector. Others may view it as a distraction. Others may view it as an error. But the question I always ask myself is : "Would I buy this?" If not, I would return it. We expect a nice set. I would be disappointed in it. But others may feel differently. IMOHO

How often does something like this escape from behind those wonderous and magical doors known as a united states mint... I'm shocked it got out...i can see it now....20dot14 error kennedy clad half 350 bucks... Lol...i wonder if more exist isn't this how a error variety is born? Now where is that fancy emoticon eating popcorn..lol fasten your seatbelts here we go
