thanks both to jpbone and andyg for an extremely prompt reply. At least now I know that it is a genuine coin. Since I do not have any weighing facility of my own, shall try to get it done from some jewelry shop and then will revert. More details on the heritage of this coin shall be sincerely appreciated from people who know.
