Last post got me thinking when was the last time I found more than 1 variety in a roll? Well I know I found two 1952D-1MM-008's. Posted the better one, here's the other:
Nice find Albert. I found in two different rolls one time 19 of a variety per roll. The one was a 1945-D. When I sorted out the different die pairings, there were only 4 different machines running the coins in that roll. The other one I can't remember which roll that was, but there were 19 RPMs from the same die in it. So you can find multiple varieties in a single roll. The least I found in a roll was one coin that was a variety.
The most I ever found in a roll was 1956D-1MM-011 was 14. There were also 3 1956D-1MM-007 in same roll including the MS-66 Clip! Also there were two 1956D-1DO-009's. Almost half the roll were varieties.
