Doubt it carries a premium but the IBE in liberty seem bulbous and the mint mark is tilted with what appears to b the corner of an upright D underneath. If better pics needed I can try but you guys are usually spot on. As I said I dont think its rare, just curious as to what caused it. Maybe PMD?

I don't specialize in Lincoln Cent varieties, but to me the features you're showing look like PMD. I'm thinking someone just banged the letters flat with a hammer or something.

Circulation is an enemy to coins. They used the wheat cents a lot longer. It is not uncommon to find worn thin ones from use. Thus the fair FR, almost a good (AG) Good grades where the rims are gone make the coins thinner. If you use what we roll coins with the stacker method, you would have more than 50 Cents in a container as the cents with the worn rims would not be a tall in the container.
