VF-20 (A Canadian coin like this would grade F-15 but Newfoundland coins are graded using a different standard). Not sure if the coin has been cleaned. Do see a lot of scratches on the Obverse.

Thanks every one!! much appreciated. I was really hoping everyone would say VF-30 but its hard to grade your own coins. we tend to grade them higher.
