Looks like the gash in the middle of the obverse may be a problem. VF-25/30 details.

I agree with Joe and more towards the VF30 range and maybe even a tad bit more but the nicks, dings and cleaning really take away from the retail "value" of the coin.
interesting looking die cracks on the obverse however. its a later die state of one of the obverse dies with the weak date strikes (3&4).

I'm a lousey grader but I'd go for about VG-8 to about EF-37, Maybe.

I'm going with the tad bit more. VF35 however the coin has been cleaned and would receive a details grade the nicks and surface digs would also be a factor in its eye appeal and value

Im not sure that I could say with any certainty that it was cleaned, from those pics. I do see a nice, strong die clash in the right, obverse field though!

ErrorCoins222 Good eye on the die clash. Does that add value?

Unless the clash is a die trait of some rare die variety or pairing that I'm unaware of, it adds no additional premium, imo. Die clashes on Seated dimes are pretty common.

I'll tell you, I pride myself on the progress I have made collecting and studying only this series and I missed that die clash completely. It proves how much there is to learn in our hobby of Numismatics. I am grateful for this forum and all of its knowledgeable members and what I learn everyday Errorcoins this is one of the obverse dies I had thought due to certain strike weaknesses and in fact, its a later die state of Obverse 4, identified as an F-108. There is no premium for this. The sough after 1853-O w/arr is the shattered obverse which does command a premium for a variety collector who would a top 100 set registry. http://www.seateddimevarieties.com/..._108page.htm
