I have just bought an old collection of Chinese charms, along with a few coins. The collection these were from were put together around 1910, and most have old tags attached. I've one a thread for each of them on the ID forum. I've got a fair idea on most of them, but could do with some help on the exact type for some. Any info would be much appreciated!

Charm 3. 8 characters.

Diameter: 59 mm

Weight: 64.35 grams

Actually just nailed this one:

On the great website for Chinese charms, primal trek. Not entirely sure of the the likely age of this piece though? Could it be as late as Qing or is it more likely earlier I wonder?

It is very difficult to judge the age of such pieces; since they are privately made, "style" isn't really helpful to judge. They're still making and selling such pieces today.
