Circulated Country Type Sets

I've never seen a dealer offering a set of circulated coins unless it's from an obsolete country.
I actually wanted to buy some circulated stuff a few months back (it was an OFEC-style set for a gift, most of it was assembled from random circulated coins we had at home, and I was only missing three or four countries from the intended set). No, nope, everyone only has shiny uncirculated, which I had to buy ultimately (it was better than no coin at all).
