Is there any way that the unfortunate buyers can get their money back? Would the Bay or the Pal cover their purchase or are they out of luck (and money!)?

sorry but I had to tell this guy he was a thief and should have the police called on him, this was his reply:

"Firstly, it does not scare me please.
Secondly, it does not seem to me to make you something bought from me.
Thirdly, my auctions were consistent with the rules of procedure of ebay and it was all written clearly and distinctly."

some how I dont think it is ebay's procedure you willingly sell counterfeit coins

Asyn is a well discussed seller on this site in other strings. He sells a very large volume of material (generally at a $0.99 start price with free shipping) and he typically very very generously grades his coins. He doesn't have a reputation for dealing in fake material as far as I know.
