I spoke to my rep today on an order issue and he told me how unhappy he and other reps were about this silly email. He said their communications group doesn't understand the mint's customers.
My issue was that I had meant to order the silver matriarch moon mask and entered my "1" for the gold moon mask by mistake. I surprised to get the gold mask in the mail yesterday. Very nice coin but I returned it today as I'm not spending $3K for that coin.
Sorry, too late. Never thought to take a pic of a coin I didn't want. It looks just like the silver coin, except gold. It was very nice and I would have loved to keep it but $3K will buy a lot of other things that interest me.
I was using the rep's chart and just looked at Matriarch and typed a "1". I did this from work and was busy. They are covering the return shipping and my rep should have known better. I gave him heck saying that if my online profile actually showed my recent orders (nothing updated since November), I would have caught the mistake before shipment.
