I'd be in the "good" camp also, and down that low on the condition scale, I'm not sure the ding to the rim is all that big a deal. Certainly a sub-$100 specimen in my view, but that comment's hardly going out on a limb.

G-6 Details. I hope you didn't overpay because this is a problem piece. Damage all over due to what looks like harsh cleaning and maybe usage in a parking meter. Then there's that rim bump. I wouldn't have bought this for my collection but in this case you shouldn't have paid more than 60% of list and that may be a high number that others wouldn't have paid. I'm putting this coin in the $60 range.
