Two Independence Days From Coin And Emblem Of Venezuela?

Hello members, there is a question from a 5 Bolivares of Venezuela.

See the coin below, the date Venezuela claimed independence from Spain is July 5 1911 (part of the date worn).
Two-Independence-Days-From-Coin-And-Emblem-Of-Venezuela?

But when you see the coat of arm of the modern day Venezuela, see picture below, the independence day becomes April 19 1810. Both dates are present on the same part of the ribbon and tell the independence of the country. Why?

Who can tell the subtle difference between these two dates, July 5 1811 and April 19 1810? Thank you so much. Henry
