DrDon, that's basically what he told me when I contacted him about the business strike "close AMs":

He's certainly direct about it, although I would gather his buyers don't realize he's selling "pocket change" with rather inflated shipping costs.

Seems unusual to want so much for circulated coins. Even BU coins shouldn't cost that much? But he might get it answer when no one bids on it.
