Hello All. I am very new to all of this and still trying to learn to spot tooled, cleaned, etc... types of coins. I've read numerous posts on dipping, tooling, etc..., but as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

For educational purposes, can people please point out where the below coin has been tooled so I will have a better idea of what I should be looking for.

Thanks.

Apologies if the image is too large, this is my first time posting a question here (I joined yesterday).

Well, from the picture you can assume that anywhere that there is a sudden break in toning, the coin has been tooled.

The damage I'm seeing is the tiny indent at the top of the gown next to her right breast. To me, it looks like a BB hit it.

It's PCGS code 98, more specifically #7 on the explanation for that designation.
