dsfreeworld Pillar of the Community United States 4337 Posts	Posted 04/10/2014 12:26 am In all likelihood it's a die scratch on the reverse which was common on this issue as is the ability to find PL coins. Believe it or not this coin is far scarcer in lower circulated grades. Report this Post to the Staff
