Sorry but the pictures are not very good. Nice luster on this coin and there is no dark spot on obv.

AU, with what looks like lots of hairlines on the reverse. Obverse shows less disturbance. Luster is virtually invisible in these images but it looks like there might be some around the obverse stars and the date. Color is weird, but that could easily be a photographic effect.
