It was engraved by Georges Henri Prud'homme, who also engraved a series of French stamps issued in the 1920s honoring Louis Pasteur. Report this Post to the Staff

I believe the mermaid side was engraved by Herni Dubois (1859-1943) and the reverse by Augustin Armand Caque (1793-1881). Report this Post to the Staff
