It has awesome details and believe it or not it "cartwheels" under the light similar to a nice Morgan. I don't think someone can AT a coin and get that effect, am I wrong? I think that the toning is due to a past dipping (very long ago) and retoning. If a coin is dipped properly, it can retain its cartwheel luster. If it's not completely rinsed, the residue from the dip can cause toning like this. I see the coin as definitely having uncirculated details.
