1965 $1 Types Set Grade Request - Coin Community Forum

canadtech Valued Member Canada 84 Posts	Posted 04/12/2014 4:48 pm Hi, I have a set of 1965 $1 that I would like grade opinions on please. I inherited it and I assume it was post-mint assembled, it was in an open envelope from the mint postmarked 1967 but may have been just been a reused envelope or only the holder came from the mint maybe ? The coins must have been circulated regardless. Any darkness in pics is lighting related, only used cloudy daylight from window so rather one-directional, the coins are very bright and cameos are very frosty (i think is the right word ?). the tiny bits of toning are on the coins however. I am still trying to figure out how the white cardboard turned out so dark in the reverse pics ! strange... Anyway the pics turned out quite good, brutally honset and clear actually !
