Since the 20th anniversary of the ASE is 2006, why does NGC have 20th anniversary labels for 1999 coins? I must not be understanding the logic in play here. Anyone can shed light?

Umm.. I've never seen a 1999 20th Anniversary ASE. Where did you see one?

It could be a Shop at Home/Coin Vault gimmick where they assembled a set of silver eagles celebrating 20 years of ripping people off oops I mean selling overpriced hyped coins.

If I remember correctly they started selling in 1988.
