1964-D Business Strike With Satin Finish ?

Its late, I want to go to bed. I had a handful, like 6 coins left to do out of this roll and I find a 1964-D that has a super detailed Satin / Matted Finish on it. I don't know if I ever seen - or paid attention to - in regular MS / Business Strikes.

I thought these were for proofs only, maybe a Mint set that was struck perfect. In any event, Here's the pics.

They may have been the first thousands struck with the new die. To bad they aren't varieties. They might be ones I would set aside.
