The first coin is beautiful and shows a complete second lincon and yes the date is see able if you use 15x mag to look for it. Also a strike though I belive. As for the second coin, I can use photoshop tools to see it much more clearly but there is in my opinion 3 3s and 3 7s that I'm able to make out but I also for some reason think I can see a six. please any ideas would be great smjile all

That is a lamination. It run in a straight line usually on coins.

The first coin looks like "Progressive Indirect Design Transfer" or PIDT. I haven't seen the date transfer though. I have a couple 1946-S with this also. See here for reference:
