I would appreciate any grading help you could give. I don't know why my scanner doesn't show its shine, this coin is uncleaned, full bands, and problem free I hope. I appreciate your opinions! Thank you.

This would be high AU and not FB. FBL is for Franklin halves.

FB= Full Bands (Merc dime's fasces)
FBL= Full Bell Line (Franklin half's Liberty bell's lines)
two completly different terms ;)

Are you able to take even a cam pic with your smartphone? The scans really do not tell the story. I would almost guess die rust based on these scans.

Is it the break in the middle bands that makes it not FB? Because its very slight
