Without a monetary value this is a medal and not a coin.
No doubt many Commonwealth members struck medals.
The icons on the reverse suggest the four countries of the United Kingdom.
Surrounding these icons (harp and lions) is a partial motto:
Honi soit qui mal y pense." which means
"Be ashamed he who thinks that this is evil." [My translation of Old French.]
On the bottom the translation from French is:
"God and my right."
Beyond that I cannot help you.

Found it finally! Looks like it is a medal made by the Windsor mint. Gold plated copper.

Marketed by a company that sells overpriced "collectables" with little or no resale value for the simple reason that there is no aftermarket for this specious grot.

That is what I figured since the site was selling it for £44.50 and I got it out of the dollar token bin at the LCS.
