Good price maybe. But as has been said before, since the silver was refined and reshaped, it is now nothing but regular silver bullion and not the "shipwreck" bullion that they claim it is. Since these first came out I've stayed away from them.

I find it interesting, pretty neat. However, if they are slashing prices and pushing them out, and pare that with lower silver prices, I dont think theres much value here unless you dont mind paying for an expensive bar.

I think whats more interesting is The Royal Mint is offering a silver coin I believe made with the silver recovered from this wreck AND it comes with a DVD also.... believe if you visit royalmint.com you can find the package there.

These went quick. I saw them mid-morning and by the afternoon they were gone.

I'm happy other forum members were able to take advantage of this sale.

they'd better cut the original bars, weighted them, stamped with weight and marked as "SS Gairsoppa Shipwreck Silver" ... it would be a piece of history in people's hands...
now it is just an art bar
