Now I don't know if it's polished. I've seen PCGS graded morgans that have an appearance like that, non-details. I may be wrong...

Aside from that, if it weren't cleaned, I'd say MS63-MS64.

definitely a MS'er, based on my few years of experience.
I don't think it's polished, but it could be lightly silver plated. I just don't know much about Morgans to tell ya!
I love the frostiness of the coin!

Awfully white, which may be indicative of it's having been dipped, but the small amount of apparent "scuffing" on the high points suggests it hasn't been polished per se. Hard to say what jugdment a TPG might pass on it - could come back as a straight uncirculated MS63 or so, but might just as easily catch a "genuine, details" annotation, it's just really hard to say from seeing only photos & without having the coin in hand. Regardless, you didn't get hurt much at that price, though, as the coin does look to have good eye appeal.

I'm at High AU. around 58. And details ofcourse, the coin has been polished.
I think it was BU before it was polished and the harsh polishing and reduced the details down to an AU. Although I think it might grade UNC Details.
