I have a 1918 $1 Federal Reserve Bank Note that I bought from Bill Fivaz about a year ago. There are only three vertical folds, which gives it a technical grade of EF, but each fold is very prominent and two have slight soiling. The paper is still white and crisp, and the colors are beautiful.

Also, does the relatively low serial number and the slightly off-center back add any value.

Thanks in Advance!

Here is an "idea" of value http://www.uscurrencyauctions.com/$1notes.htm. Also check e-Bay sold values.

Hi TypeCoin971793,
I think this bill should be worth $110 - $130.
For me, the bill is a VF grade.
Rest in Peace

The off-center back is interesting but not so much so as to increase the value.

Low serial numbers start with zeroes.......

That's a really nice note. I sure do miss nice looking money.

Large size bills do not start with zeros.
The lowest number is the 1.
