Coinsniffer, this one probably left the mint through normal channels. Back in the day errors like this escaped all the time in canvas bags due to less effective technology for catching the errors before they left the mint. Report this Post to the Staff
coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/22/2014 01:52 am They put them in the canvas bag until 2000. Then they started with the bin pallets shipped to the distribution location to be put into rolls. If they would not fit into a roll, they should be returned. Report this Post to the Staff
