The obverse seems to be uneven along the back of Lincoln and running through Liberty. The coin is old and isn't in the best condition but it also doesn't look like any PMD I've encountered previously. Any thoughts?

Looks like it had an acid bath. The rims of the coin are missing and the surface looks cooked. Probably a lot lighter than a normal coin for that year?
