Its actually known as die abrasion or simply a old die that is used beyond its expected life. SOME people call them the Poor Man's doubled die, BUT its NOT a doubled die at all. Its really not worth much more than a cent to most collectors.
Die was in VLDS when your coin was struck. This is die deterioration/wear. Die abrasion is intentional to polish away something undersirable on a die. This is die wear from over use. This happened a lot in this decade.
