I found this site when searching for a coin I found in my grandfather's old cigar box of coins. He was born in Germany and has many old foreign coins. This is one I could not find an exact match to. Some had similar writing on it but not exactly the same.

Thanks for the quick reply. It would be interesting to know how he came about that coin. :) He passed away in the late 80's. Recently found this old cigar box with coins in it.
If I may I can post a picture to the other coins I found in his box collection as well. There were a ton of pesos mostly in the 60's and 70's. He was a geologist and dug up rocks. So he would travel different places, and I'm pretty sure he traveled there a bit. :)
