There is way to much to learn and I don't know which variety this is. I'm guessing 1943P-1DR-001? I am just starting the grading thing and I am guessing this is a VF-20? What site do you recommend to learn the proper grading?
Thanks,
Deb

I couldn't see an exact match on coppercoins or CONECA e-disk. A couple were close.
The coppercoins 005 has a matching die scratch on UNUM on the first two letters. But other die scratches I'm not seeing on your coin.
On the CONECA 1943 DDR-011 There are similar events. The doubling looks close. The right ear is doubled more on that side like your coin. The obverse seems to be a bit earlier than your coin. But it was mentioned that they were different die states. The problem being the obverse is earlier than your coin and the reverse on your coin is a lot earlier than the 011. So nothing seemed to match there exactly there also. Bot you might want to submit your coin to Variety Vista. The die state is GREAT on the reverse. So anyone would like to have an image from the earlier die state. The problem is that it costs money to submit these. If you find a second one I would love to buy it from you when you find one. (Sometimes collectors get rolls of coins to search and they may have extras.)
So I can't exactly link it from the images from the three sites. Maybe you can see something on your coin that is in the Coppercoins image that match your coin?

You appear to have a great eye for varieties ... hopeful that you stick around and become another valued CCF expert.
