Bear in mind that a holey dollar is quite rare even in Australia. That said, if you have enough money to buy a house, I would think twice in bombing that much on a single coin.

Not nessarily the coin. Simply this is problem with promissing something in the future. It could have been property, cars, stamps or even Beans to grow a giant thing to reach a magic place in the sky. People just should not promise something to happen in the future.
Coins are just a thing for using or collecting or melting. Predicting what they are or will be tomorrow is just nuts.
