I got these two bills in change. I know there's nothing special about them but I have never gotten 2 numbers in a row that didn't come from a bank or a fresh stack. I got 4 dollars in change and these two were in them.

This is very common. I just got eight 50s in sequence yesterday. Yours just stuck together a while after leaving the bank.

Or, stores often order bank straps of small bills to use as change. Sometimes they get old circulated bills, and sometimes they get brand new ones.
