Which variant? which signatures?
Is it the original paper quality?
Basically the price seems very fair, even too cheap for a real XF - AU.
Unfortunately, these bills are very often manipulated.
In the old dollars, it is often not as it appears.
Old US bills with folds and wrinkles are never completely clean.
Here are 14 different from my collection, 2 bills are guaranteed manipulated.

Here is the best offer that I currently found.
Not New York but original paper quality.

Do you have an old AU or UNC bill? Can you check the paper?
There are often offered bills at ebay.com which looks like XF or slightly better.
But that is not true because there were washed, ironed and bleached.
The bill is so cool, an American collector should necessarily have this bill.
I'm pretty sure the ship on the backside is the German ship Kaiser ( emporer )Wilhelm II.

Sorry for my bad English.

@hajduk, your English is fine. In fact, it's better than the English of many people that speak English as their first language.@
