The luster looks a little off on this one, maybe over dipped.

Canadian, this is a very late die stage coin, hence the unusual luster.

MS63 with nice luster. If the scratches on Liberty's cheeks weren't quite as deep as they are, I would've said 64.

Decent strike for a '90-O. I think it's MS63 and add it's a cool variety.

I still think your coin is a 63.

IMO this one looks like a nice 63. Nice luster and not a bad strike. Definitely better than 62 judging from less marks and chatter on the 1900-O.

The hits on the cheek are quite bad, yes, but also the fields on the obverse are relatively baggy. I'm fairly confident it's a 62, or at best a 62+. Now you guys have me debating getting it graded since I'm seeing so many 63's. You guys are blowing this up to full size, right?
