The note in the 7th picture down (Asian one with the man pictured on it) is actually Chinese, issued in 1934 I think. And that Provincia de Tucuman looks like some provincial issue from Spain, probably around the same time as the Italian Miniassegni (1970's)

Some of your "Japanese Government" notes were issued for circulation in the Philippine Islands while they were occupied by the imperial forces. As for the others denominated in cents, I'm not sure about where they might've been in use, but I imagine they also date back to WWII for more or less the same purpose.
