Help With Unknown Oddly Shaped Ancient Coin

ChrisHagen New Member Denmark 29 Posts	Posted 05/04/2014 5:59 pm I don't think this can be "cleaned up" - the coin seems to be bare oxide, with shiny metal showing in places. I can't really see any dirt or sand to remove. However the first picture (the reverse of the coin)seems to display a tripod between two rows of text. These were minted under Seleukos IV (21 to 24 mm), Demetrius I (24 to 27 mm), and Alexander I (16 to 19 mm). Check the size to find the ruler!
