Anyone else find this spear through Lincoln's head look kind of cool? Or just spend it? Mabi ill wrap it either way if you think its nothing just because it looks cool-

I don't keep them because it is just a plating issue,trapped gas and are common.

It is a linear plating bubble. The can be on the fields/across devices or what ever. It is not a die issue, it is a plating/gas issue like John1 mentioned.

Most die gouges happen in the fields. Die dents also show on the fields. The area you looked at is deep into the die. You will find die cracks that show in the deep devices, but they are irregular in shape.
