newest ebay score..I just love these. and cannot say no. I watched it for the entire life of the auction just had to have it, the question when does love for the varities turn into hoarding of the varieties? My camera does this coin no justice its in fantastic condition id say ms 60-62 just love the spread on these FS 101 coins

The 1964 coins are just so fantastic...transistion year massive mintage multiple errors its a coin hunters dream come true still have massive availability the list goes on... Under advice from numismatist its actually a great year to start all denominations have issues its pretty cool we could start a thread of just 1964 error coins lol

Coop, on my second picture "in god" those are polish marks? How does polish marks come up in die state? Your coins polish marks are very faint or seem to be I need to reimage the first pic to show the marks better. I've definitly out grown the usb camera, definitly time to step up the game

Yes those are die scratches from the die being polished. When the die is scratched, then the coins will show as a raised line on the fields. Die scratches come and go, but they can be used as markers and to help identify die states.
