hehehehe. 1960-D flashback from a Bag I opened about 4-6 months ago. I think I ended up with more RPm's than leftovers. THAT was a cool bag. No large orver small date / RPM, but plenty of RPM's none the less.

Good find. The coin looks AU.

A very good bag for sure!! I have a 60 D/D I'm still trying to identify. I've been through the list three times and my eyes are crossed! I may take another run at it later since it's been a while.

D/D north is what I recall where there's a protruding edge north but no vertical edge or bulge east or west or south. I need to dig that one up now that I'm thinking about it.

Thanks for the references Rackster! I'll have to look those up! I get so excited when I find these things I just post them here and forget to look at the other reference resources for guidance.

Is it like the one in my avatar?
1960-D/D?
I used to get rolls of the 1960-D cents at a local coin show years ago. In one roll I found $85 worth of RPMs. But most of the time there would be a lot less. I would get every roll I could find. They've dried up now. =^(

Haha Yeah Coop, I was thinking the same thing at first! I is just like you avatar, but mine goes slightly southeast and your avatar goes slightly northeast.

$85?!?! That's a pretty fun roll to find I bet! What's the value of mine? $1.50-2.00?

Probably in that range maybe 40% higher. But one of the well know examples of the 1960-D RPMs.

Hi Coop - it's a subtler variety as I recall. I'll grab it before I head to work and post shots tomorrow.
