I'm hopeing this isn't PVC damage, otherwise coin looks nice. I hope you can see the greenish tint, might have to take better pictures

It looks like PIC from the pics, best to dip it in some acetone.

It's probably PVC because I don't think an uncirculated SLQ would have verdigris all over it..

It looks like a nice MS example, but an acetone bath seems necessary as the green tint seems to be PVC.

I thought about sending it into ANAC not only to have them grade it but to let them do a conservation on it. I normally wouldn't do it because I did once and the coin came back looking like it had been cleaned. At least they gave it a good grade. but I saw a coin once on ebay that I had to ask the seller about it because it had sold (by him) previously and the buyer returned it. And it looked like it had gone through the same conservation at ANAC. He said the buyer didn't like it because it didn't look right to him. I don't want that to happen to me someday ( people not like the way they look cleaned). I guess it would be better than having the green tint. The seller of this coin said it wasn't PVC damage. I don't know much about acetone dipping. Any advice would help on which direction I should take on this coin? Sorry for rambling

Looks like PVC to me. Give it a quick acetone bath. It will take PVC right off and it is pretty hard to screw up. Lots of old threads on here if you run a search.

I soaked it for almost 2hrs now and it has helped, but I still have PVC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should I soak it for a longer period of time? Maybe take a cue tip and roll it over the coin? Some green did come off, I wasn't sure on soaking time.
