I believe this to be a lamination with some maintained.

To me its a big one.

Looks like a good lamination example. But a question: "What is the vertical area in front of the face that looks dark?"

It seems to me to be another 'peel' or gouge.

The last picture looks like it's ending point, with the 'ribbon' like piece folded back (upward) towards it.

That what I thought it was also. A folded piece. Leave it in tact and put it in a 2X2 to prevent it from falling off. Don't clean it, leave it as is.

I agree dont do anything to it, just store it and display. Look on ebay to compare for reference.
