I believe the bust on the obverse is a depiction of Maria Theresa, Holy Roman Empress and the Habsburg ruler of Austria, Hungary, Croatia, and Bohemia from 1740 to 1780.

LuckyCuss is correct that it depicts Maria Theresia

The 1759 and 1764 coins obverse lettering is:

M . Theres. D. G. RO. I. GE. HU. BO. REG.

The 1765 coins omit the O next to the R (a picture of a 1765 is provided on the link above).
